1. Filling and Feeding
The built-in blender is in filling mechanism with natural vent channel, which is convenient for material transmission. The horizontal double screw feeder could convey the raw material uniformly. The vacuum vent system could increase the material compactability and output.
2. Extrusion Molding
The circulating cooling system and adjustable temperature of roller guarantee the drug property of thermo-sensitive substance. The water cooling channel is inside roller, the negative circulating cooling system ensure no leakage. The forming pressure is adjustable.
3. Two-grade Granulating
Pre-crushing knife can reduce the content of fine powder before granulating.The two-grade granulating mechanism guarantees the powder’s uniformity.
4. Reliable Electrical System
Advanced control principle and reliable electrical parts ensure the accurate function realization of program and interlock protection.
5. Stable Hydraulic System
Static pressure-keeping system can realize the stability and low noise in running, which is assembled by world leading brand hydraulic parts and accumulator.
