Then to push them into the third station for water jetting(distilled water) and gas rushing (purity compressed air), the bottle gray will be immersed, insert the needle-pipes into the bottles to carry out circle washing by water and steam, at the same time, the washing for external wall is finished, the bottle tray will be reset, After that, it will be pushed into the fourth station, the tray will be pushed into the fifth station, the tray will be turned over for 180, the bottle mouths will be up. Then it will be pushed into the sixth station to keep the tray separate be gone up, in this way, the tray with bottles will be fed into the tunnel type bacterium killing oven.
The actious of every function in this equipment are completed by PLC control cylinder.
The washing water in bottles is distilled water, the washing water for external wall and ultrasonic wave is cycle water.
