FZ series Fluid-bed Granulator consists of chamber,air handling system,bag filtering system,slurry preparation system,PLC control system,etc.To start to work,charge the materials into the bowl of the fluid-bed granulator,assign parameters and producers according to craft requirements and start the whole system.The air,after filtered and heated by the air handling system is guided into the chamber;the slurry after operated in the slurry preparation system is pumped to the gun for spraying into the chamber.Finishing the total craft according to parameters and procedures assigned in advance,pull out the bowl with operated materials with NTF series Pharma Lifter.Dust and cross pollution are avoided.

It's made of Austenitic stainless steel.All angles are cambered .There is no dead angle,no concave-convex face and no screw on surface.The surface outside and inside is polished to high quality.Roughness degree inside is Ra≤0.2μm,and outside is Ra≤0.4μm.Applying PLC control system,all parameters and procedures can be assigned in advance according to requirementsan type total parameters automatically and reliable.It's in conformity with GMP requirements.
