Open up the Solenoid valve and discharge water to the washing port, the rubber plug and the aluminum cap are immersed in water. At that time, the purified compressed air solenoid valve opens, the water in the channel roles up and down, under the solenoid of pressure, to wash away dirt on the surface of the plug and cap. After several minutes, discharge solenoid valve is start and dirty water is discharged. Then the rubber plugs and aluminum caps are take out. The whole cleaning course is preceded for several times, the cleaning times and time is to be set with PLC program according to the extent of cleanliness.
