The door locks automatically when the trays full of bottles (or materials) are put into the oven. And the PLC switch is activated . The heating system begins to work. The electric butterfly valve opens and the temperature is rising. Water vapor is discharged through the outlet of the butterfly valve. The butterfly valve closes automatically along with the water vapor reduces gradually valve, and fresh air is suplemented constantly via a filter. Inside the oven is in balance state.
The heated dryed air produces a minute pressure under the oven body via a high temerature-resisting and high efficient filter, and it distributes evenly in the oven under the action of a buffer fine regulator, then dried hot-air absorbs the water in the surface of bottles or the moisture in materials and sterilizes the bottles or materials, then enters a heating passage where the moisture in it is evaporated, and now the next round of circulation to dry.
