Series KGF Micro-Computer Controlled Screw Bolt Type Separate Filler is a special device used for separate quantitative of powders and agents in the pharmaceutical trade.
This machine adopts 8031-step motor controlled by single chip computer to drive the separate filling screw bolt. The computer keyboard inputs the setting of filling quantity. It features adjustable filling quantity without stopping machine, failure to fill with shortage of bottles, automatic stoppage of filling when the filling screw bolt being in contact with powder filling port as well as display of fault indicator. This machine is also applying a bottle feeding mechanism with dividing plate which features simple and safe in construction, wide range of adjusting dosage, less errors of filling quantity, high output and applicable to quantitative filling of different powders and agents. The 100-stage laminar flow purifying device can be provided accord to requirements of clients.

The separate filler is composed of frame, mechanical-driver system, bottle and out-feeding mechanisms and micro-computer control system etc.
■Inlet bottle mechanism consists of inlet bottle disk and transmission chain etc, the scattered bottles are transmitted via inlet bottle mechanism to disks for separate filling.
■The separate filling head is the key part of the machine consisted of computer control system, step motor, bolt, funnel, mixer and automatic controller to protect from metallic chips. It is made of stainless steel material conforming with GMP sanitary requirements and equipped with screw feeding bucket with powder supplied by a single-phase capacitor motor. The powder supply belt speed may be adjusted sleeplessly making the powder position keep intact to ensure the filling precision. The setting and correction of filling volume is input by computer keyboard featuring filling volume adjustable without stopping the machine.
The machine is equipped with electronic automatic monitoring device to prevent the metallic chips from polluting the products; the filling operation can be immediately stopped when there are foreign matters in the powder or when the bolt suffers friction with the bucket, the machine an stop automatically with red-light displaying malfunction.

The system can directly drive step motor with 45mm-130mm diameter, the machine adopts MCS-51 single chip microcomputer as main controller, applying constant driving power supply with the design of switch GTR cut-off filter circuit along with flexible keyboard operating method.
