YG-MF Series Comminutor

Working Principle
The Comminutor adopts advanced automatic feeding in vacuum system, blade comminuting at high speed and tiny vacuum and and release-proof system. Big particles and irregular material can be comminuted into powder of 20¦Ìm~500¦Ìm to meet the requirement of clean process. There are CIP and SIP systems to meet the requirement of industrial and sterile API process.
Main functions:
1.Automatic feeding in vacuum and equably feeding with horizontal
screw.
2.Comminuting with high speed (280~4400rpm)and Frequency-conversion speed-adjustment meet the comminu-ting requirement
of the granule of various medicines.
3.Powder is no release in tiny vacuum release-proof system.
4.Material can be effectively cooled in the Chamber at the course of feeding, and there are some temperature alarms to assure no effect to material for temperature rise.
5.No mote and impurities, to insure the clearness of the material.
6.Easy to disassemble.

8.The machine is installed in Wall. More suitable for the requirement of clean process.
Work principle:
Materials can be comminuted by impact and cut with blades revolving at high speed. It has the effect of centrifugal fan because of the blades revolving at high speed. No smashed material is thrown out radially by centrifugal force, which can
be smashed again by impact and cut with the falling materials. Then through screen, fall into the barrel by vacuum and gravity.
The final granularity is confirmed by feeding speed, comminuting speed, blade direction and screen aperture. These parameters can be changed to meet the requirement of various granularities.
Features:
1.Comminuting construction is the blade comminuting with high speed. There are no attrition and extrusion to powder, and no macula in the course of comminuting.
2.With jacket cooling and air cooling system, the powder is cooled effectively. There are temperature alarms to assure no effect to material because of temperature rise.
3.These parameters such as feeding speed, comminuting speed, blade direction and screen size can be changed to meet the requirements of various granularities
4.Powder is no release in tiny vacuum release-proof system which is operated hermetically.
5.Unnecessary to disassemble parts for CIP between batch and batch. It is very easy to disassemble every part. It can meet the requirements
of replacing products and general sterilization. Equipped with SIP system, steam can be adopted to sterilizing and drying, if need be.
6.Rotary parts adopt advanced gas seal. It prevents polluting medicine from the outer particulate in chamber completely, and avoids powder running away.
7.The granularity of powder is controlled well by blade comminuting at high speed and airflow running through screen. Gradation of color, flowability and dissolution time can be improved greatly.
8.The machine is installed in wall and separated from sterile operating section to avoid pollution. It can meet the requirement of clean process better.
9.Process is controlled automatically. Parameters can be adjusted with alarm and failure history record and safe interlock function to assure the running of the machine and the safety of the operators.
Structure:
This machine is consisted by:
1. Feeding screw,
2. Comminuting chamber,
3. Comminuting blade,
4.Screen(Size£º0.3~5mm),
5. Transmission device,
6.Wind filter device,
7. Cooling water system,
8. CIP system with purified water and injection water,
9. Air passage system of N2 seal,
10. Pure steam sterilization system,
11. Finished product barrel and lifting dolly;
12. Vacuum auto loader,
13. Support device.
Materials is transported to the upper of the screen by feeding screw, the part comminuted by blades enters into the product barrel through the screen. The parts of the machine are installed on the support device except for the barrel and the transport dolly. There are CIP and SIP nozzles at the upper of the comminuting chamber and feeding screw hopper. There are drain and dredging exits under the discharging nozzle. Two pressure sensors are installed to measure the pressure difference between the upper and the lower of the screen in the chamber. One temperature sensor is installed under the screen to monitor the working tem-perature. The inlet and exit of cooling water is also equipped with temperature sensors to monitor the temperature difference. The blades are designed to radialsymmetry for changing the working positions according to the materials of different granularity. The broad blades are for thin granularity, the narrow ones are for rough granularity. The screen is cylindrical, it is easy to be replaced when the fore-cover is opened.
