This machine is used in the chemical industry for pressing various kinds of granular materials into big tablets. The turret carries 15 sets of punches and dies. 15 tablets can be pressed out at one rotation of the turret. High effective frequency conversion adjustable speed is adopted during operation. The thickness of the tablets as well as the filling depth of the material can be adjusted. A mechanical buffer plays a role either in setting the operating pressure or avoiding the damage of parts due to over-load. The main frame controls the adjustable speed while the console governs off and on the machine. To prevent the dust from flying up, tableting chamber is enclosed.Dust-extracting inlet can be connected to external dust-extracting device. The water inlet and effluent can be connected with the external water supply and drainage system respectively. Water that passes through the whole machine goes a long way towards lubricating and cleaning the machine.
