■This machine is equipped with double dust protection guards for perfect protection from cross contamination to meet GMP standard. Its construction is extremely simplicity. Maintenance has been reduced to a minimum by central automatic lubrication. Its stepless speed adjustment makes running of the press at maximum speed extremely quiet.
■Inner and outer transparent covers, the former cover perfectly the area of tablet compression and the latter dose all the moving parts of the machine.
■Both covers are transparent which the operation of the machine can be clearly observed, Also it can be taken off easily without any tools for cleaning and maintenance.
■The die table of this press is prepared to take keyed punches, and the machine is therefore suitable for the production of all shaped(tablets).The maximum size is 16mm diameter, keyed or un keyed punches are delivered on request.
■All controls and adjustments are calibrated and grouped on one side of the machine.
■All tab letting adjustments may be carried out while the machine is running.
■Automatic lubrication has visual control system.
■Safety devices: against overpressure at the compression station: elastic pressure compensation, against sudden blocking: shear pin clutch, against continuous overload: motor protective switch.
■Motor and gear are inside the machine and free from dust and pressing material.
■The standard feed has flow adjustments for easy regulation, clean and installation.
