C&C800A Rotary Tablet Press

Application:

Rotary Tablet Press Type C&C800 is specially designed for pharmaceutical labs and R&D institutes. The product is up to GMP sstandard and mostly suitable for small batch production.

Function:
Forced feeding and double pressing technologies are adopted in the production process. The weight and hardness of the tablets produced can be guaranteed. All different shapes of tablets can be produced as well.
Stainless steel is used for the frame and pressing dish. pressing rod holes are fitted with special bearings with oil, which can effectively prevent chemical and grease contamination.
Intermittent small quantity auto lubricating systemis used to ensure the long life of functional parts. High precision distribution valves are equipped to ensure lubrication of punches, guiding and compressing roil.
Automatic display of production index and error. Hand touch screen is used for operation. Upgrading can be fultilled for the machine.
