PF2000I-C is applied for sticking label of columniform or quadrate bottles. This machine has specified high speed label installation, the length of label is controlled intelligently, the process of labeling is stable and reliable which makes sticker attaches to bottles smoothly, it can be printed producing dates, batch codes and expiring date clearly (the printer allows three rows of characters). The machine adopts man machine interface controlling panel(touch screen), its controlling system is controlled by PANASONIC progra-mmable controller of PLC. Its structure is simple and reason-able with a multiple controlling system in order to prevent from wasting of labeling papers. It gives an alarm automa-tically and counts continuously when color belt is broken. The product conforms to the requirement of GMP completely.
