Application:

SBII-670D Three Layers Plastic Sheet Extruding Machine was designed and made by absorbing & digesting advanced technology at home and abroad. It is mainly used to produce plastic sheet of PP, PS, PE, ABS, HIPS, they are the materials for making beverage mugs, ice-cream cup, jelly cup, and other packing containers.

Good moulding,equal sheet thickness and constant flowing speed due to the large L/D ratio of the screw in the extrusion unit.
Advanced net-electricity-changed device in the die head results in easy operation and high production efcience.
Easy operation and high precision because of the rollers regulated worm wheels.
Adopt the structure of oblique three rollers to make the plate material production more reasonble and improving quality.
Adopt advanced frequency converter to be easy to adjust the linear speed of oblique three rollers and drive.
