SZJP-75 PP Tubular Film Making Machine

Application:

The machine applies to product PP plate or film for stationary or other packaging material making.

Stracture Feather:
1. Stepless gear-box is employed in the machine and the structure is simple. The motor can be selected between V.S motor and DC motor according to customized demand. Then rotating speed of the bolt can be adjusted optionally.
2. Bolt and feed-in barrel are made of special steel by nitriding treatment and grinding. All of surface is treated by chromium plating. The parts have good heat and abrasion endurance, and can run continually for long time.
3. Because the the length - diameter rate of the bolt is 32/1, and helix mold and air coil is employed, the products will have even thickness, strong toughness and better transparence. The structure of winding deivce can be changed optionally according to customized demand.
