The machine applies to pruduction of PP, PE foaming board, which are applied to many industries such as case and bag making, shoes making, cap making, etc.

1. The bolt is designed to have special function of raw material blending and good effect of plastic flow, which makes the melting of the plastic more thorough, the color more even and the extruding velocity increase.
2. Advanced motor and hydraulic device is adopted in the net-changed part of the die, which make the automatic degree increase, operation easy and production efficiency very high.
3. Special design of double-throttled flow controlling is adopted in the T-shape die, which makes the adjustment to the thickness of the board more exact.
4. the SCR system adopting in the temperature controlling system make the tolerance of temperature not out of 1°C, and the controlling of the molding process, the sheet thickness, and the flatness more precise.
5. The embossing roller can be changed from 290mm to 350mm on diameter. Double-circular-cooling matched with computerized mold-temperature-controller for controlling of temperature of the embossing roller make the thick of the sheet very even.
6. A micro-computerized and hydraulic controlling device is adopted in the slice cutting set, which makes the lengh and the output of the sheet more exact.
