The airproof door is closed by a screw tightening device manually, pneumatically airproofed with radiated door crossbars, driven up and down electrically, with convenient operation and reliable performance. And also equipped on the door are pressure safety interlock and self-lock devices, which ensures the safety of the operators and the equipment, as well as manual door open function for occasional power cut off.
The airproof ring is made of silicon rubber for medical use, with high temperature resistance, fine elasticity and long life.

The pipelines consists of polished stainless steel pipes and components compact on the main body with a small space occupation, steam and cleaning water enters the chamber through the bath tray on top of the inner chamber, ensuring an uniform temperature increase and cleaning.
The strong stainless steel loading vehicle and the specially structured sterilizing trays
Made of stainless steel with frame structure the loading vehicle can make full use of the chamber; the sterilizing trays are convenient to be operated with long round holes on and no water can be sustained on.

A color touch screen is adopted as the interface between the operator and the equipment, which offers a easier operation and a more visual display. Timely working process and condition as well as parameters of time, temperature, pressure, F0 value and etc can be displayed and modified on the screen. The available tiny printer can print the sterilization date and parameter at any time as archives.
Two ampoule leak-hunting measures and one oral liquid leak hunting are available for option.
