1. Introduction：

Infusion band packaging machine is a dedicated device specially designed and manufactured for hygienic material manufacturers by us, which is used for manufacturing infusion bands.

The equipment adopts electromechanical-pneumatic integrative design, touch screen operation and PLC control.

2. Working procedures:

Jumbo roll uncoiling---interleaving paper peeling---die-cutting stripping---cutting and adding absorbent pad---covering with protecting film---slice molding---packaging--- packaging slicing---conveyor (counting step-by-step feeding)---box packing.

3. Equipment use:

Suitable for infusion bands of various specifications.

Packaging quatity: 1-5 patches.

Suitable for base materials of non-woven fabrics, breathable PE adhesive tape and so on. Packaging material: paper and pearlized film.
