Drum-Type Bottle Washing Machine (Can Wash Bottles By Both Water and Air)

♢ Brief introduction

This machine is suitable for washing all kinds of glass bottles. Turning wheel drum type structure is applied. The washing drum is divided into two parts, bottles enter into star wheel through conveying orbit, according to the different bottle diameter, the star wheel conveys 10 bottles into the drum for one time, the bottles enter into the first part of the drum(can wash bottles by water or compressed air),the indexing cam drive the drum to move Intermittently. The process of rough washing: wash the outer and inner surface of the bottles by drinkable water, and then dry the bottles by compressed air. After rough washing, the bottles will be squeezed out from the first part, and enter into the second part for fine cleaning. The process of fine cleaning: wash the outer and inner surface by water or purified compressed, and bottles will be squeezed out of the drum after fine cleaning finished, and then enter to next station.

♢ Working principle and process:

1) The glass bottles are pushed into the clip tools of the first part of the drum;

2) The bottles rotate in the first part of the drum (it will pass by the ultrasonic water tank below;

3) Bottles washed by drinkable water when the rotation stops;

4) Bottles washed by clean compressed air after washed by water;

5) Bottles enter into second part of the drum

6) Bottles flushed by purified water when the rotation stops;

7) Inner and outer surface flushed by clean compressed air

8) Transferred to next station by conveyor belt

This machine is simple constructed, and with reliable performance. It is complied with GMP requirements.

♢ Structure features:

1) This machine applies AC motor, and variable frequency to adjust speed, can adjust the speed according to different bottle size and production capacity.

2) Flush the bottles by water or air at the inverted place, and the water and other matters can be discharged easily;

3) The two ends of the bottle clip are seized by springs; it can avoid the bottle damage caused by deviation between the bottles;

4) The equipment is with circulate water filter system, 5um filter is used in drinkable water, and 0.1um filter is used in compressed air;

5) the most important is that, the size can be adjusted by adjusting the bottle clip belt, and it saved the change parts and time.
